Sastāvdaļas:
- 1 kg kartupeļi
- 1 sīpols
- 400 g maltā gaļa
- Sāls, pipari, garšvielas, zaļumi
- 2 ķiploku daiviņas
Pagatavošana:
Izvēlas to maltās gaļas veidu, kas pašam vislabāk patīk, derēs jebkurš, bet vislabāk – jaukta maltā gaļa.
Malto gaļu sajauc ar sarīvētu sīpolu, sāli, pipariem, garšvielām, samaltu ķiploku un zaļumiem.
No ēdamkarotes maltās gaļas veido mazus un ne pārāk biezus plāceņus.
Kartupeļus sarīvē uz vidējās izmēra rīves, pievieno sarīvētu sīpolu, sāli.
Padoms: kad kartupeļi sarīvēti, tos nedaudz iesāla un pagaida 5 minūtes, lai notecinātu lieko sulu. Tad cepšanas procesā nevajadzēs noņemt šķidrumu.
Ar eļļu uzkarsētā pannā liek karoti kartupeļu masas, pa virsu sagatavoto maltās gaļas plāceni.
Uz mazas uguns apcep no abām pusēm līdz zeltaini brūnai krāsai.
Šīs garšīgās un sātīgās pankūkas var pasniegt ar krējumu, mērcēm, salātiem, marinētiem tomātiem vai gurķiem.
